Our server explained everything from drink preparation to the ingredients in their mole. We went there several times and I wish I had the opportunity to try every dish on that menu. One thing to consider is that the restaurant is located on the second floor and there's no handicap access. If you can't climb the stairs, you can call to place an order and the server will meet you at the entrance to deliver your food. ”

“ This place is amazing. The staff were very welcoming and made an effort to speak English with us and tell us about their history. The food was fantastic, the best meal I’ve had in Mexico so far (I’ve been here 3 months!). You can tell they put lots of love and passion into the food and we were given a corn soup and nice desert for free. Definitely try the chile en nogada if it’s in season. It is also well located near the cathedral and beautifully decorated inside. ”
